This guy is incredible. Mr. Press Conference taking about the CTA bailout issue. From NBC5:

"They ought to stop scaring the public and start rolling up their sleeves," the governor said. "(Go) down to Springfield and lobby the general assembly, close the unfair corporate tax loophole, and put that money into the CTA to avoid service cuts or fare increases."
